Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to use the restroom, enjoy some water, and settle in before your service. New clients will receive their intake forms electronically. Please complete and submit all required forms before arriving for your appointment. Services are scheduled for a specific amount of time. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest, and the full scheduled service price will still apply.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that plans can change and kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be charged up to the full price of the scheduled service.

We understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

A valid card may be required to reserve your appointment. Any applicable cancellation or missed-appointment fee will be charged according to this policy.

For appointments involving multiple guests or multiple practitioners, the cancellation policy applies to each service reserved.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened so that we can remain on schedule for the next guest. The full price of the originally scheduled service will still apply. When scheduling allows, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Informed Consent

Before your service, your practitioner will discuss your treatment and any relevant needs, preferences, or concerns with you.

New clients are asked to complete the appropriate intake and consent forms electronically before their appointment. Please keep your practitioner informed of any changes that may affect your service.

ALCOHOL & INTOXICATION

For your comfort and safety, please arrive for your appointment free from the effects of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. Services may be declined or discontinued if a practitioner determines that it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.

Scope of Practice

Our practitioners provide professional massage, bodywork, skincare, and wellness services within the scope of their individual training, certification, and licensure.

Our services are intended to support relaxation and well-being and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Practitioners do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medical treatment and may recommend that you consult an appropriate healthcare provider when necessary.

COMFORT, CONSENT & BOUNDARIES

Your comfort and sense of safety are important throughout your experience. Please communicate your preferences regarding pressure, temperature, music, positioning, areas of focus, or anything else that would make your service more comfortable.

You may decline any technique, request that an area not be treated, or stop your service at any time.

Appropriate draping and professional boundaries are maintained at all times. Only the area being treated will be uncovered as appropriate for the service.

Sexual comments, requests, behavior, or conduct toward a practitioner are never appropriate and may result in the immediate termination of the service.

PRIVACY & CONVERSATION

Your privacy is important to us. Information shared regarding your visit, health history, and treatment needs will be handled respectfully and confidentially.

Your time with us is yours. You are welcome to enjoy quiet relaxation or conversation during your service. Your practitioner will follow your lead while maintaining the communication necessary for your comfort and care.

HEALTH INFORMATION

Please inform your practitioner of any health conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, medications, allergies, pregnancy, or changes in your health that may affect your service.

Certain conditions or specialized services may require medical clearance before treatment. If there is any concern about whether a service is appropriate for you, we may ask you to consult your healthcare provider before proceeding.
